We manufacture plastic profiles with properties tailored to the requirements of the target industries. These can be very light profiles with high strength. They can be used to replace aluminum profiles.

The minimum production quantity of the plastic profiles is 500 meters. We do not keep a price list. The prices of the plastic profiles must be requested.

Since many profiles are manufactured using customer tooling, when we receive an order / inquiry, we must clarify in each case whether:

  • we are allowed to sell the profile directly to other customers
  • the sale may only be made via the tool owner

Light Plastic Profiles

Our profiles made of transparent plastics such as PC and PMMA are used as light shades for applications in the automotive industry. But we also extrude innovative light profiles for the furniture, construction and LED industries. The profiles can be produced in different design variants and diffuse light distribution effects can also be achieved by using special material additives.

Green Profile

Now we have succeeded in processing various bioplastics into profiles using the extrusion process. Together with our customers, we are thus making a contribution to environmental protection, climate change and the reduction of CO2 emissions.

What are bioplastics?

Bioplastics are plastics that are produced on the basis of renewable raw materials. Bioplastics take the material cycle of nature as a model and enable intelligent use of our natural resources without waste and without emissions of greenhouse gases. The end products are partially compostable. The CO2 balance of bioplastics turns out to be considerably better than that of conventional mineral oil-based materials.

What are the different types of bioplastics?
Starch & starch blends, thermoplastic starch is currently the most important representative of bioplastics.
Polylactic acid (PLA & PLA blends), the transparent material has similar properties to conventional thermoplastic bulk plastic
Polyhydroxybutyric acid (PHB), is a polyester that can be produced from renewable raw materials, with properties similar to those of polypropylene plastic.
Wood Plastic Composites (WPC), is a thermoplastic processable composite material made from renewable raw materials (natural fibers), synthetic plastics e.g. PP and additives.
